By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

North Star Consultings provides:

• Online Vedic astrology tools, including kundali charts, divisional charts, gun milan matching, muhurat search, and panchang information.
• Paid live consultations with Shri Aritra Keathwas Ji, delivered by video meeting where applicable.
• Paid digital products such as detailed kundali PDF reports and chart unlocks.
• A query desk for questions and support requests.

Charts and automated scores are generated using configured astrological methods, including Lahiri ayanamsa and whole-sign houses unless otherwise stated on the relevant page.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law to book paid services. If you provide birth details for another person, you represent that you have the authority or permission to do so.

Some features require a user account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Astrological calculations depend on the accuracy of the birth date, time, and place you provide. You agree to submit information that is as accurate and complete as possible. We are not responsible for results affected by incorrect or incomplete inputs.

When you book a consultation:

• Your booking is provisional until payment is successfully completed.
• Available slots, durations, and package inclusions are shown at checkout and may change over time.
• You may provide optional notes or birth details to help prepare your session.
• Confirmed sessions may include a Google Meet or similar video link sent by email or shown in your account.
• You agree to join on time and participate respectfully during live sessions.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Razorpay or other authorized payment processors. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the amount shown at checkout for the selected product or consultation package.

Failed, reversed, or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of the related booking or order.

If you cancel a paid consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with our booking policy and payment provider rules.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may not be eligible for self-serve refund. Contact us through the Query Desk or your booking confirmation email for assistance.

Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Paid chart unlocks, PDF reports, and similar digital products are licensed for your personal use. Access is tied to the account or session used at purchase unless otherwise stated. Generated PDF download links and stored files may be available only for a limited period.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly publish paid reports or unlocked content except for personal reference.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform without permission.
• Upload malicious files or content through forms or attachments.
• Harass staff, consultants, or other users.

The website, branding, software, design, and original content are owned by North Star Consultings or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Astrology consultations and automated chart outputs are interpretive and educational in nature. They are provided for personal insight and spiritual guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. Do not rely on astrology content as the sole basis for important life, health, or financial decisions.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Star Consultings and its consultants, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or consultation giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Star Consultings from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may modify the services or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the services, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
