• Payment information: order amounts, product purchased, and payment reference IDs. Card and UPI details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
• Query desk submissions: name, email, phone, message category, message content, optional birth details, and optional file attachments you upload.
• Usage and security data: browser type, hashed IP address, guest session identifiers, and audit logs related to feature use such as matching or muhurat searches.
• Communications: emails we send for booking confirmations, cancellations, and service-related notices.

Some tools, such as gun milan matching and muhurat search, can be used without creating an account. Inputs for those tools are used to perform calculations but are not stored as permanent user profiles unless separately submitted through booking or account features.

We use personal information to:

• Create and display kundali charts, divisional charts, matching scores, muhurat results, and panchang information.
• Process consultation bookings, payments, confirmations, cancellations, and refunds where applicable.
• Generate paid PDF reports and manage unlock access tied to your account or session.
• Prepare for consultations, including optional review of birth details you submit at booking.
• Respond to query desk messages and provide customer support.
• Send transactional emails related to bookings and account activity.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and keep service logs.
• Improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, and operate our internal calculation services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or with your direction. This includes sharing with service providers such as:

• Clerk — user authentication and account management.
• Razorpay — payment processing and payment event notifications.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — secure storage of generated PDFs and query desk attachments.
• Redis — temporary caching of chart sessions, PDF job status, and rate-limit counters.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• FormSubmit.co — delivery of query desk form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Calendar — when our administrator connects a Google account, booking details may be synced to create calendar events and Google Meet links. End users do not authorize Google OAuth directly.
• Geocoding and timezone services — place search and timezone resolution for birth locations and muhurat calculations.
• Our internal astro calculation service — birth details needed to compute charts and reports.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users and services.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, guest session tracking, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may limit sign-in and certain features.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

• Temporary chart sessions and PDF job metadata in cache are kept for a short period, typically up to one hour.
• Free preview charts that are not unlocked or downloaded may be deleted automatically after seven days.
• Unlocked or downloaded self-service charts remain until you delete them or delete your account.
• Consultation-related birth details stored for a booked session may be deleted shortly after the consultation ends.
• Generated PDF files stored in cloud storage may be deleted automatically after a short retention period.
• Booking records, payment records, audit logs, and administrative session notes may be retained longer for operations, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
• Unpaid booking holds and abandoned payment attempts are removed after short time windows.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and restricted access to administrative tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• Access and update certain account information through your account settings and authentication provider.
• Delete saved charts from your account where the feature is available.
• Cancel eligible bookings in accordance with our Terms of Service.
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

If you delete your account through our authentication provider, associated account data in our systems may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention practices.

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We operate from India and use service providers that may process data in India and other countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations with different data protection laws than your own.
